Dudley Arnott takes First Prize for his picture, 'Norfolk Homes,' which is composed with great care, and is a thoroughly typical representation of a village home. The print is of a sepia tone, printed in platinum by Lyonel Clark's process. The negative, a Fry's 60-times plate, was taken with a Ross 12 x 10.
