Angerer hat 1857 die Carte de Visite-Photographie, in Wien als erster angeboten und wesentlich zu deren Verbreitung beigetragen.[4] 1867 baute er sich ein Filialatelier in der Stadt. Auch über dieses Atelier schrieb Alois Nigg in dem erwähnten Artikel: „Im ersten Stock Empfangssalon, Comptoir und Arbeitsraum, im oberen Teil das eigentliche Atelier. Sämtliche zum Oberlichte verwendete Glastafeln matt geschliffen, an der vertikalen Seitenwand ausschließlich blaue Gläser. Merkwürdig war, dass man im Inneren dieses Ateliers die blaue Farbe der Glaswand kaum bemerkte.“ „Der Charakter der photographischen Wiener Schule, hat sich nun hauptsächlich durch die Einflussnahme von Ludwig Angerer entwickelt und so auch das von ihm gewählte Atelier – System, die allgemeinste Verbreitung gefunden; denn der zuerst von ihm angegebene Salon in der Theresianumgasse kann als das stricte Vorbild der später vom Architekten erbauten Ateliers. gerade wie sein photographisches Verfahren durch zahlreiche Schüler und Assistenten direct und indirect sich in den Wiener . Antwerpen. Gezien vanop de linkeroever, in de richting van het Noorderterrras, de Scheldekaden ten noorden van het Steen. Het torentje centraal op de foto is het Noorderpaviljoen, dat er nog steeds is. Het markeert het einde van het wandelpad bovenop de hangars aan de Schelde dat begint bij het Steen en in noordelijke richting loopt tot het Noorderpaviljoen. Dat wandelpad wordt het Noorderterras genoemd. Rechts net buiten beeld staat de Sint-Pauluskerk. De scheepsmasten links achter de bebouwing zijn van schepen in het Bonaparte- en Willemdok. André Adolphe-Eugène Disdéri (Parijs, 28 maart 1819 - Parijs, 4 oktober 1889) was een Frans fotograaf en uitvinder. Disdéri verkreeg in 1854 het patent voor de carte de visite. Cartes de visites waren een soort kartonnen visitekaartjes met foto, bestemd voor privégebruik. Behalve als ‘uitvinder’ geldt Disdéri ook als een van de belangrijkste pioniers van de geschiedenis van de fotografie. Hij werd vooral beroemd om zijn portretten. In 1854 opende hij de grootste fotostudio van Parijs. Naast Nadar werd Disdéri gezien als de belangrijkste Franse fotograaf van zijn tijd. Zeldzaam formaat en kwaliteit. Calotypie, Talbottypie. Bedford was the son of the successful church architect Francis Octavius Bedford. He was christened at St Giles in Camberwell on 11 September 1815. He began his career as an architectural draughtsman and lithographer, before taking up photography in the early 1850s.[2]

The print is of a sepia tone, printed in platinum by Lyonel Clark's process. The negative, a Fry's 60-times plate, was taken with a Ross 12 x 10. R.S. working at f/22 on a dull day with 4 seconds' exposure."

Noorwegen, Norveg. Gudbrandsdalen. "Axel Theodor Lindahl (Mariestad, 1841 – 1906) was een Zweeds fotograaf, vooral bekend geworden door zijn foto's van Noorse landschappen en steden aan het einde van de 19e eeuw.
Lindahl werd geboren in Mariestad in Zuidwest Zweden. Samen met zijn broer Udo opende hij in 1865 een fotostudio in Uddevalla. Binnen een jaar werd zijn werk vervolgens al geëxposeerd in diverse musea. In 1867 verhuisde hij zijn fotostudio naar Göteborg, waarna zijn interesse in landschapsfotografie ontstond, aanvankelijk van de Zweedse westkust. In 1883 verkocht hij zijn fotostudio en richtte zich volledig op de landschapsfotografie, toen met name van Noorwegen, waar hij van 1883 tot 1889 leefde. Hij werkte nauw samen met de uitgever Rich. Andvord. De foto’s van Lindahl benadrukken niet zozeer de grootsheid van de natuur, maar kenmerken zich vooral door de harmonie en esthetiek in de compositie. Tot aan het einde van de 19e eeuw maakte Lindahl zo’n 1900 negatieven. Deze werden later overgenomen door Anders Beer Wilse en kwamen uiteindelijk terecht bij het Norsk Folkemuseum in Oslo".

Portrait Lady photographer Charles Fredericks New York broadway. Following a brief period in Charleston, South Carolina, Fredricks moved to Paris in 1853. Here he became the first photographer to create life-sized portraits, which artists (like Jules-Émile Saintin[3]) were hired to color using pastel.

On his return to New York City, he rejoined Jeremiah Gurney, though it is not clear whether he was initially a partner or an employee. By 1854, he had developed an early process for enlarging photographs. His partnership with Gurney ended in 1855.
During the latter half of the decade he operated a studio in Havana. Here he received awards for his photographic oil colors and watercolors. During the 1860s he operated a studio on Broadway that was noted for its cartes de visites. In the early 1860s, Charles Fredricks personally photographed John Wilkes Booth (the assassin of President Lincoln) on several occasions at his studio.

André Adolphe-Eugène Disdéri (Parijs, 28 maart 1819 - Parijs, 4 oktober 1889) was een Frans fotograaf en uitvinder. Disdéri verkreeg in 1854 het patent voor de carte de visite. Cartes de visites waren een soort kartonnen visitekaartjes met foto, bestemd voor privégebruik.
Behalve als ‘uitvinder’ geldt Disdéri ook als een van de belangrijkste pioniers van de geschiedenis van de fotografie. Hij werd vooral beroemd om zijn portretten. In 1854 opende hij de grootste fotostudio van Parijs. Naast Nadar werd Disdéri gezien als de belangrijkste Franse fotograaf van zijn tijd. Hij fotografeerde meermalen Jean Auguste Ingres. Mogelijk heeft Ingres wel meer photographie van Disderi bijgewerkt. Dit gebeurde vooral met de snel verblekende zoutdrukken vaker. Tot aan de 19e eeuw stelde de Zoeloestam weinig voor en vormden ze slechts een onbeduidend onderdeel van de Mthethwaconfederatie.[2] Onder koning Shaka werd het Zoeloekoninkrijk in de jaren 20 van de 19e eeuw vergroot door verovering en assimilatie. De hervorming van zijn effectieve impileger gaf hierbij de doorslag. Van een kleine stam van minder dan 1500 mensen evolueerden ze tot een grote natie tussen de rivieren Tugela en Pongola. Shaka's veroveringen waren deels verantwoordelijk voor de Mfecane - de "verplettering", een grootscheepse migratie van vele opgejaagde volkeren rond Zoeloeland. Zoulou. Zulu , Zoeloe.
